Weather in Amsterdam, 1979

Performance, with Sanja Ivekovic

During our visit to Amsterdam, by situating ourselves (Sanja Ivekovic and Dalibor Martinis)inside/outside of the building at Klein Gartmanplantsoen 14, we performed the weather in Amsterdam (from Sept. 21-30, during local working hours). At the time of the performance little barometer-house was put on the wall of the entrance corridor of the building.
(From the instruction for the use of the barometer-house: "The barometer-house has to be placed in the open air. During nice weather conditions a woman appears, whereas a man will come out of the house during bad weather.“)
